If you are a confident, highly motivated Sales Professional, looking for a great opportunity, check out SoftServ! We are looking for a proven Sales Executive to join our new Sales team for “Barcode Automation” department! We are a growing company where the right individual will have immediate impact to the company. Our products are customer specific and are sold to multiple markets that include Manufacturing, Distribution, Transportation, Commercial businesses and the Government. The candidate for our Sales Executive position is responsible for the targeting, growing and maintaining a customer base. Essential Job Duties: The Sales Executive is a senior sales position that requires the highest knowledge and experience in selling all of barcode related products and capabilities directly to the end user. Year over year, sales growth is the primary responsibility. Extensive individual prospecting is required to generate new opportunities, develop qualified quoting opportunities and to establish new account relationships. The Sales Executive will focus on medium to large opportunities, from an assigned prospects list generated from the marketing department and leads generated from trade shows, In addition, the Sales Executive will be required to prospect independently based on leads generated by their own prospecting efforts such as referrals, research and business experiences. The Sales Executive is responsible for their account’s business issues, service, sales volume and problem resolution.
Any graduate, MBA would be a plus.
- Direct selling experience in Business-to-Business sales
- Three or Four year college degree.
- New business development skills are essential to the sales position including strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify key decision makers at appropriate levels and develop long-term relationships.
- Track record in qualifying new leads and closing business.
- Computer skills in CRM and Microsoft office programs.
